I met up with my boy Big Bri from my Blackburn days to review Sol De Mexico in Carlinville. The burritos are massive, and while it isn’t cheap, the prices aren’t too crazy for the portions. I tried the Hot Cheeto Burrito for the video. It was decent, but I’m not a huge Hot Cheeto guy, and they got a little soggy inside. Big portions and a good time catching up with my guy.
