I used to go to The Wood Duck in Carlinville with my friends when I was at Blackburn College, and I’ve always had a good experience. My go-to is the Chicken Bacon Mountain Melt—chicken tenders, bacon, cheese, and fries, kind of like a horseshoe. I think the sauce I get is sweet chili, and it’s super good. This might honestly be my favorite place to eat in Carlinville. I 100% recommend checking it out.
